Common questions.
A few of the things people ask us most often. If yours isn't here, the form above is the best place to send it.
What does the Bir retreat cost?
Two packages, both at early-bird pricing right now. Package 1 — Twin sharing — is ₹45,000 (early bird) instead of ₹65,000. Package 2 — Single occupancy with Dharamshala return transport — is ₹75,000 (early bird) instead of ₹90,000. Both include your stay at a boutique mountain hotel, all meals, and every session in the journey.
What's the difference between Package 1 and Package 2?
Package 1 (twin sharing) gets you a shared room with another retreatant — partner, friend, or someone we'll match you with. Travel to Bir is on you. Package 2 (single occupancy) gets you a private room and includes Dharamshala return transport — we pick you up and drop you back. Everything else — meals, sessions, cultural day — is the same in both.
When and where is the next retreat?
The Bir Billing retreat runs from 10–13 July 2026. Check-in opens on 10 July at 12 PM (noon) and check-out is on 13 July at 11 AM. The venue is a carefully chosen boutique mountain hotel — exact location shared with confirmed participants once your seat is booked.
Who is this retreat for?
Open to both Indian and international participants, age 20–50. No experience with meditation, yoga, or retreats is needed. The only requirement is curiosity and a willingness to slow down for three days.
How does the early bird pricing work?
Early bird rates are locked in when you book before seats fill. The rate is held for you once we receive your confirmation — you save ₹20,000 on twin sharing or ₹15,000 on single occupancy. Once early bird closes, the standard rates of ₹65,000 and ₹90,000 apply.
When are the next retreats after Bir?
We hold an intimate retreat every two months. After Bir in July, the upcoming retreats are a Winter Spiti Retreat in October 2026 and a Bali Retreat in December 2026. Each retreat has its own duration (2 to 5 days) and theme. Full details are released closer to the dates.
Is this a therapy retreat?
No — Soul Revives is not therapy and we don't replace it. We are a holistic healing retreat run by expert facilitator masters. If you're in active clinical treatment, we recommend chatting with your therapist before booking.
Do I need experience with meditation or yoga?
Not at all. Every session — from forest bathing to inner child work to dance movement therapy — is paced for first-timers.
Is the food vegetarian?
Yes — all meals are farm-to-table vegetarian, fresh, and seasonal. We accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs with advance notice.
What if I need to cancel?
We have a fair refund policy and a generous credit-transfer policy that lets you move your booking to a future retreat. Full terms are shared on your booking confirmation.
